I've noticed fresher breathe and my teeth/mouth feels better. I'm not so afraid to talk to people. It does help that I've cleaned up my eating habits and alcohol benders. This is supposed to work as an aid not a cure all you have to put in some work yourself as well. I'm very pleased.
