I like this adapter, it works. My download speed did increase somewhat by switching to ethernet but nothing exciting. My pc does not have an ethernet connection which is why I purchased this. I should have purchased a better quality one. This one's usb connector does not connect well, it's loose so I lose the connection easily. It is also very stiff like the cable so it is easy to lose the connection if you move the pc.
