I almost exclusively use this to add to my water reservoir for my water pik. It makes that process much fresher and helps with the cleanliness (according to my dentist, what the heck do I know about it?) I was advised not to use any mouthwash that had dye in it and I did once just thinking I could get away with it but it was harsh on my gums and I will never do it again! I promise! Unlike that, this product is great for that - not harsh and doesn't sting. It's great.
I do not like the product for simple swishing or gargling as it has a faint bleachy taste, but I have used several bottles over the last year to add to my water pik and I'll continue to use them going forward.
