Also, the toe post doesn't hold the front part of my foot securely, so toes have to grip, which makes my feet hurt. Additionally, after they molded to my feet, I wasn't able to tighten the strap enough to control my foot movement.I normally wear a 9.5 medium and ordered a 9.5. the length and width were otherwise good. I wanted walking sandals, but these will just be kept by the door to run outside quickly.
