I noticed that the minty flavor is quite strong and I have a pleasant “tingle” sensation after using it that lasts for a few hours. I do not recommend using it before you eat. It does help me stop eating at night for that reason. Which I’ve turned into a ritual, I use it right after my last meal so I’m not tempted to eat snacks while watching TV in the evening.
I was able to take it with me on a trip and it was simple to have in my bag I never worried about liquid spilling in my bag and making a mess.
I gave this a high rating because I love that it helps fight my morning zombie breath with good bacteria, natural mint, is a great space saver, and has a great supply (90tabs), and the best part it remineralizes my teeth to fight tooth decay.
