When I started this supplement, my nails were very brittle and just wouldn't grow. I also my hair line was extremely thinning. Desperate for help, yet not wanting to pay BIG bucks, I came across this supplement. The fact that these contain Keratin and Collagen sealed the deal. I said, why not? Within a few weeks of taking this supplement my nails were growing big time. I am on my second bottle which was automatically delivered. Far as my hair, I haven't noticed much change but that probably takes longer to notice a difference. I Haven't had any side effects. I will continue taking these supplements and recommend these. Save your money on the expensive supplements and go with these.

I have been taking these pills for 4 months. I have always had VERY thin nails. I have noticed a bit of changes on my nails. The pills are not too big and I take them in the morning with the rest of my medication. I also have a lot of baby hairs growing out. I was constantly loosing hair, but this has helped me. I love it and highly recommend, just be consistent.

I have been using this product for a very long time. My hair grow so fast that I have to see my hairdresser every month and a half just to get my roots filled in because my hair grows over a half an inch to an inch if I go for two months. My nails are as strong as, any nails that you can get in a nail salon. They grow super fast and super strong and people can’t believe that they’re actually my nails when I paint them. I can’t begin to tell you how much I recommend this product!!
