    I liked these microphones quite a lot. They are (or at least feel) directional and pick up the sounds great. The sound quality is crisp. It was very easy to set it up also and to change channels, volume, etc. Both microphones work simultaneously which is great for karaoke use but read below.

    I ended up returning them because it's not really designed for the way we used them in a chapel/church as there are long periods of silence during the sermons and it can pick up ambient noise so you have to turn them off while not in use. So, our return was due to our problem and not due to the product, which I loved.

    Actually, my return was a few months after the return window but when I explained how I loved the product but it was of no use to us as our team wanted wired microphones only, they allowed me to return them and even refunded me the shipping costs. Running into a considerate customer service in today's day and age is such a rarity that I'd recommend them just for their customer service alone.

    I went through quite a few different products trying to find a good and loud and clear wireless microphone and a decent price. I found it here with this product. The plus side was that it has Bluetooth so you can run music through it and still use it as wireless microphone set. I purchased one that one mic was cutting out when I placed my hand at the bottom of the mic to hold it. I given a replacement unit & it worked great. Each mic comes with Volume adjustment up to Vol 5 on top of the Volume buttons for each line on the box itself. These mics are loud and sometimes u have to turn em down a little bit. It's not a bad thing at all, but a good problem to have cause u can adjustment Volume on both mics and the box itself. Voice quality comes out clean and clear, I use these for Djing and people tell me that they are very clear and they are. I even use the Bluetooth to run music through it and through my Mixer with adds and boosts the sound that's going through the mixer. This Bluetooth box has great sound quality even when running music through it. I was impressed with this unit booth sound quality and clarity. If using for Djing or an event or on a professional level these will do great for you, if using for home they will out do that by far hands down...Great unit and I'm so pleased with it and great for its value and quality and clarity and loudness too. Also good quality. Mics are not plastic, they are metal and seem to hold up well. Connection is good too. I didn't test long range because for my applications they all will be within close proximity, a couple feet.
    And for me it works great... and price is too for all that you get with this unit....

Customer service was responsive. Only email communication- typically a 1 day turnaround time for communications. I had to email a video of the issue showing how 1 channel was not working. (Creating and emailing videos can be challenging for some…).
    As far as the unit goes,

    Reasonably good sound quality. Need to hold the mic in a certain position.
    But works well for most situations. Very easy to setup and operate including built-in bluetooth connectivity.

    Finding an eight channel wireless microphone system as good as this system is really surprised me. This system is idiot proof. How many times have I needed to tell someone to turn on their microphone but couldn't because the show must go on? More than I care to remember. Well, do you see the GREEN ring at the top of the mic, that is a LED light the glows when the mic is turned on. Now each singer, band member, choir director, etc and help other members to be sure their mic is ready to use.

    I really like the 4 to 1 USB charge cable that lets you charge 4 mics at once on one charger. Each mic has its own status display on the receiver that becomes active only when the mic is turned on. Each mic has its own volume control too. The microphones have a weight to them that suggests they are a strong sturdy build and they have a good feel while being held. In addition to the battery status on the receiver display, each mic also has the battery status as well as its frequency on a small display at the bottom over the power button. I could go on but there is just so much to mention I would need to write a book. Three stars on battery life because I really don't know how well it will do.

    If you are looking for a wireless microphone system you should seriously consider buying this one. We all love it and I'm sure you will too.

    Bought this product for a working event band, based on earlier reviews and user recommendations! I will say they are very user friendly and simple to plug and play. The bluetooth connection is an absolute plus for weddings and banquets, good for ambience music. That being said, they have a 50ft range at best. After 3 attempts given for them to redeem themselves...... Continuous drop outs during speechs and solo selections! Static when electronics cross between the mics and receiver. They always perform well in sound checks and small backyard parties. Anything over 40 guests with phones and bluetooth electronics affects ALL the frequency options! I wish I could get my money back. Has gotten me bad reviews for failure during critical moments!

    ****Update****
    After more experimenting with the receiver placement and antenna extensions, ive been having better results. Been using them in less important situations, i.e bar gigs! Still not ready to try on wedding or speaking engagements yet, but i am going to try using them for stationary band member vocals..

    Estos micrófonos la voz se escucha bien, se usan para coros, lo que no me gusta esque mete interferencias aunque cambies el canal y eso que el receptor está a una distancia de aproximadamente 4metros, no los volvería a comprar me iría por otra marca mejor

    Suenan bastante bien y si tienen buena señal.
    Se conectan instantáneamente y con facilidad al encenderlos.
    Los controles de eco, treble + bass y volumen son muy prácticos.
    Vienen con una variedad de cables e incluso el cable de corriente micro Usb y su cargador.
    El empaque es bastante profesional. Excelente.
    Lo único que no me gusto es el ruido que genera atravez del cable auxiliar, pero al contar con otras opciones de conexión puedes probar lo que mejor se adapte.
