Super easy to put together, it took about 5 minutes. It's a bit wobbly because the poles are a loose fit, but I don't see it bending or breaking. At first the hammock was SUPER tight on the frame and I didn't think it'd fit. Make sure the hooks are on the very top notch and pull hard to get it over the hooks. Once you put your body weight in it the fabric stretches a bit and it's not so taught. I also love than it fits in a bag and in the back of my car so we can take it camping!

This is very well made and super easy to put together. Very sturdy and comfortable. I love that it is adjustable so when the hammock stretches out over time, it can be tightened by lowering the hooks a notch. There is more than enough room for 2 people, even for an adult and 2 young children. Super easy to take the hammock off of the frame to take in at night. Everything about this hammock and stand are grade A and the low price is really unbelievable for the quality you get. Amazon Basics scored a home run with this one.

This is an excellent hammock. I have it set up on my porch. I have not tested the portability nor would I particularly want to but a carrying case was included which I appreciate for when I will eventually move. It feels very secure. I have missed sitting inside it when I wasn’t looking before and fell down unceremoniously with my legs over the missed hammock but I can hardly blame the hammock for that. And lastly it’s so damn comfortable! If I’m not careful I wake up in the hammock at like 2 or 3 am without realizing my bit of reading turned into a bit of dreaming. 5/5 would recommend.
