I love my dragon echo so of course I had to get the egg shell when I saw it! It fits perfectly and doesn't impede anything. Really, I'd have liked it just a tad bigger so you could really see it. Also would have been great to get to choose from various colors, but I'm not really complaining. Super cute and worth it.

I bought my wife a 'kids' owl echo dot, because it fit the decor. I saw this, and realized it would complete the look. It's a nice build, the inside of the nest is just reflective enough to supplement the notification lights without diffusing them too much. It gives the owl plenty of room, and has a magnetic base to center the dot in place, instead of the snug fit I thought it would have. Worth the slightly premium price 😄

Must have if you dont mind that it adds some bulk to your echo dot. As an adult who loves owls, I bought the Owl Echo Dot as an impulse purchase. Seeing it paired with this nest just put it over the top in cuteness. I suppose you could use any little basket or something else that makes it cheaper than $20, but is cute. Has a cut out for the cord, and then little slots for letting light come through. I dont use the Echo for anything kid related, so I opted out of all that and just use it as a regular echo.

 Considering this is like the only accessories for the echo dot kids owl the base goes hand and hand. We had the echo for 1yr and the Christmas after we got it I saw the base in an Amazon Christmas magazine and knew we needed it. It arrived the day after Christmas despite ordering it several weeks prior not sure If it was a trendy item I do know it was the only seller avaliable so it was the only option to order from. Worth it sadly the base is as much as the echo itself but definitely worth it

Gift for granddaughter with her owl echo. It did keep the echo more secure and safe. It’s a cute add on. But I think it was a little pricey. My granddaughter is 12 and still preferred this echo option. So she wasn’t too old for this design.
