Make sure when you install the card to run the bluetooth cable included with the packaging to an open USB header on your motherboard. Don't forget that step!
I went to Wavelink's website, found the proper drivers for this device, and at first when I tried the good ole method of going to "device manager" on Windows (install instructions with the wifi card explain it in detail) and pointing the network adapter and bluetooth adapter to the drivers folder (that I downloaded from Wavelink), it wouldn't take the driver. I finally realized that the download folder isn't just one zip file. There's a zip folder within another zip folder. Who does that? lol.
So make sure if the download folder says .zip.zip at the end that you need to extract that. The final folder has a bunch of weird looking characters on it (never seen those before) and ends with .zip. That folder is in fact not a zip folder. It is just named ".zip" within the folder's name. Whoops! Looks like the people at Wavelink made that way more complicated than it had to be. So just prepare to extract 2 zip folders if you download from Wavelink (unless they read this and fix that silly mistake on their download's page).
The network adapter took the drivers nicely. The bluetooth adapter did give me problems. I eventually right clicked the bluetooth device in "device manager" and disabled the device, then re-enabled it. When I re-enabled it, the drivers kicked in. You'll know the bluetooth is working when you see a bunch of bluetooth devices populate within the bluetooth area on Device manager. Such as "RZ608 Blueooth(R) Adapter", "Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI), and two "Microsoft Bluetooth (LE) Enumerator" devices.
I love how the antenna has a magnet on it. It's quite strong. I stuck it to the side of my desk which has a metal plate on it. But you could stick it on anything metal nearby (the side of your desktop PC case).
I've used it for a couple hours and so far everything is working. I'll update this review if anything negative occurs.
EDIT: I've been using this wireless adapter for several months now. It has worked flawlessly. Solid connection, good download speeds, and bluetooth has worked well when I connected a bluetooth controller to it. Solid wireless card. Just follow my instructions above if you are having installation issues.

The company is based out of China so the Email was responded to pretty late at night, but they did respond to me rather quickly considering and gave me multiple help options, turns out it was as simple as a loose wire going into the motherboard, but I needed to see a diagram of the PCIe card to realize to look at the wire. That being said I am changing the previous 3 star rating to 5, one because obviously the card is fully functioning, and two what I consider outstanding customer support...now to figure out WHY the wire came loose in the 1st place...***Original Review Posted 4/1/23***I bought this back in January of 23, its now April of 23. With this adapter, and by setting the connection to 11 a/n/ac, forcing it to use the 5GHz connection to the router, I get speeds of over 220Mbps.
From a signal perspective, I sit at the opposite end of the house to where the router is, and I get a 3 out of 4 bar signal - so really good, with no repeaters or signal amplifiers. I have installed theadapter in its special holder and it sits on the desk (instead of directly plugged into the computer, giving it a better chance of getting a good signal.
Installation was very easy on Windows 10. Plugged it in, and after about 15 seconds, it was working.
Very happy with it.
