Purchased a wireless guitar system understanding it was on the cheaper side quality-wise and decided to buy the extra warranty. Around a year after purchasing the channel select button went out and just decided, Well let's try and see what happens. Texting communication was a little slow but took about 30 minutes and we were done customer service was awesome, polite and helpful.
I always buy the Assurion extended warranty in hopes I won't need it but when I do, they always honor the warranty and provide a refund. I will continue to use this service.
I have purchased this protection plan several times in the past - only had to use one time so far but they stood behind the product and replaced it. I feel that when you buy anything electrical or electronic it’s worth a few dollars to make sure problems are solved.
The resolution of the case is quick and easy, the only concern I have is that they usually email you the Amazon gift card per their protocol, "in a few days" after the concern of the product is addressed. Now, it is the responsibility of the customer to remember and check their email inboxes for the gift card, as it could somehow be lost in the melee of messages in your email inboxes, which could lead for the customer to totally forget about "redeeming it." Like for an instance, I just called again Asurion to check on the gift card way back 2018 and 2019, as I regularly deletes email messages in bulk. And its only now that I remember that gift cards that I haven't redeemed yet. Am glad that (Asurion) they able to resend me again that gift cards in my email. So just be on the lookout....In the overall, Asurion are awesome, reason I gave them 5 star ratings.

A few months ago, I accidentally dropped my guitar and the neck snapped. I was devastated, but I remembered that I had the ASURION plan. I filed a claim online and within minutes, I had an email confirmation that my claim had been approved. A few days later, I received the reimburse in the mail in a matter of minutes.
