As soon as I got in touch with Asurion they immediately sent me a shipping label. As soon as I shipped the item I got a gift card in the amount of the product so I can replace it. This was for a musical instrument in the $350 range. Everything was very easy to follow. I will definitely buy a protection plan again.
I stated my problem with the product. I turned in the receipt of purchase from Amazon. I turned in the warranty, still within warranty period, and pictures of product. I received an email from Asurion stating they (asurion) wouldn't honor my claim. " CAUTION " not as easy as 1-2-3
