So I have now bought 2 units , only to return both.
The controller is wonderful. The build and feel is impressive. Has such a nice weight and feels extremely comfortable in your hands. Such a shame the design of the thumb sticks is so so poor.
On both units, both left thumb sticks do not depress properly to engage a run whilst playing Fortnite.
It’s the only game I play, and to be able to run away at an instant is crucial.
So having faulty or poorly designed thumb sticks is not great. Very poor considering this controller is way above £120 in value.
After purchasing and experiencing this issue, I looked online and here on Amazon. Many many reviews and issues with the SAME problem. A bad & not working left thumb stick. It may be both sticks, but you only use one for running in Fortnite.
Online going back years, this issue was logged at Microsoft. So they haven’t addressed it.
Such a shame, as they could have taken my money for this beautiful feeling piece of kit. Unfortunately I have sent them back for refunds.
