This review is for the Collectors Edition box plus contents, not the game.
When I opened the packaging and saw the box, my initial reaction was "This looks awesome". It's all black with the GoW logo covering the front, mean Kratos and Arteus faces on the top and Nordic prints on the sides. Once I opened it, I then realized that's just the cover for the actual box which is more colorful depicting a scene of an axe wielding Kratos with Arteus on a boat, in a river, in front of icy mountains.
Now inside the box all the contents were packed securely in their slots so there's no worries of anything getting damaged. The Kratos statue looks F**KING AWESOME, it's very detailed and doesn't look or feel cheap at all. The two little figures are also detailed to satisfaction and accompany the statue very nicely. I really like the cloth map as, it's my first map that doesn't look like a poster it looks and feels nice. The postcard with a little message on the back was a nice touch and the Steelcase is the perfect was to complete the set. I'd personally say it's money well spent.
