A huge Texas Longhorn bull that ran loose for more than an hour along Interstate 83 in York County, Pennsylvania, has been caught.

The bull repeatedly eluded capture on Wednesday afternoon as trucks and even a police SUV attempted to corral it near the Fishing Creek Exit on Interstate 83 in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania.

Lewisberry is located a little over 13 miles from the state capital of Harrisburg.

Fairview Township police said the animal escaped a trailer as it was being transported.

“With the help of numerous people, we were eventually able to get the steer loaded back into his trailer. There were traffic delays in the area for approximately an hour as we worked to wrangle the getaway bull,” police said in a statement.
