WP Editor in two different places spread across the page

Dear Team,

I have the usual WordPress Editor: https://snipboard.io/gWeSl1.jpg

Now, in the WP Editor, I can add multiple blocks.
I am planning to add 2 different things in the WordPress Editor:
1. Image or similar elements
2. Web Stories.

However, while I want to add the image (or similar elements) block on the top of the page (where the WP editor appears by default), I want to add the Web Stories block at the bottom of the page. I have highlighted the area where I would roughly like to have them in the screenshot: https://snipboard.io/NGUVEM.jpg

For that I need the/another WP Editor to appear in two different places spread across the page, so that I can use the respective Blocks: Image block on top and Web Story block below.
Can you please let me know if and how I can achieve it?
