    Bonjour,

    Je rencontre un problème pour accéder à mon tableau de bord WordPress.com. Lorsque j’essaie de me connecter, je suis redirigé vers une page 404 et je ne peux pas accéder aux fonctionnalités de mon site web.

    J’ai essayé les solutions suivantes :

    • Vérifier l’URL de connexion
    • Effacer les cookies et le cache de mon navigateur
    • Utiliser un autre navigateur ou un appareil

    Malheureusement, aucune de ces solutions n’a fonctionné.

    Je n’ai pas accès à mon tableau de bord pour désactiver les plugins ou changer le thème, car je suis redirigé vers une page 404 dès que j’essaie de me connecter.

    Je serais reconnaissant si quelqu’un pouvait m’aider à résoudre ce problème.

    Your website is not hosted at wordpress.COM but is obviously an individual installation.

    My guess would be that you are using a security plugin that changes the URL of the backend. So you would have to call the URL defined in the plugin to get back in. If you don’t remember this, you would have to:

    • delete the relevant plugin directory via FTP
    • check the .htaccess and any other server settings that the plugin may have changed

    The support of your hoster may also be able to help.
