• Two of the websites I host in my Siteground cloud account, had recent 503 errors. On the frontend, all users were shown a 503 error, as seen in this screenshot:

It says it’s blocked by a login security setting, but it also shows when people are not trying to login.

I tested on mobile (4G), so I was using a different IP, and the message still showed.

In addition, I’d like to mention that SG recently moved these sites to a new server. They both have the domain registration elsewhere, and that still links to SG’s old IP address in the A-record, that has a 14 day overlap with the new IP address. Could this be a cause?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I think I found the culprit. The old IP from Siteground, that forwards to their new IP was blocked and treated like a hack attempt. By whitelisting this IP, the problem seems to be solved. (Until domains are linked to the new a-record)
