  • Hey @shizal,

Typically, these orders should transition to ‘Processing‘ status rather than ‘Canceled‘ after successful payment, so I can understand your concern.

Is this issue happening on all orders or specific ones? Finding a pattern, if there is any, will be helpful.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report?

Here’s how you can do this:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Select ‘Get system report‘.
    3. Then click on ‘Copy for support‘ to copy the report.

You can find more details here: https://woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text at https://gist.github.com. After creating the Gist, please paste the link here in your reply.

This will give us a better understanding of the environment and any potential conflicts that might be causing the orders to be marked incorrectly.

    Plugin Support carolm29 (woo-hc)

Hey there, @shizal! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

I see on your report you have more than one payment gateway active, correct?
Is this issue happening with all gateways, or only one?

The reason I’m asking is because this type of issue is usually related to the payment gateway, not Woo specifically, so it is best to contact them payment gateway support, as we are not able to help with issues not related to the Woo Core plugin.

If the issue is happening with any different payment gateways, please let us know so we can assist you further.

    Have a wonderful day!
