Hey there, @paaljoachim! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.
Do you mind sharing the CSV file so we can take a look?
The 500 Internal Server Error is a generic error that can be caused by various issues. It can be server issues, theme/plugin conflicts, server resources, etc
Can you please check:
- Server Error Logs: Access your server error logs through your hosting control panel or via FTP. Look for recent entries that correspond to the time of the import attempt. These logs might provide specific details about what caused the error.
- Server Resources: We suggest having a PHP memory limit of at least 256, but sometimes it is needed to increase that. If you can, try increasing the memory limit to see if the issue persist. You can find more about this in this guide.
Please let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
Hi
Here is the dropbox link to the CSV file: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/y8u5yge6ng4n6lf08bkbn/wc-product-export-20-6-2024-1718918036608.csv?rlkey=fl0wj9v8htr8xs0v7flnoww0g&st=10k12xro&dl=0
Notice the Meta information. That belongs to Enfold which is being used for adding/editing products.
I Upped the PHP memory limit from 32MB to 512MB. That seemed to help. All the products were added. I am though seeing some errors in naming but that is another issue.

Upgrading the PHP Memory Limit was a good step.
