Where is the original image saved?

    It happens to some images.

    The original images(“xxxxx-4.jpg”, 1200x1200px) is downloaded from a POD site, and can be seen in the library(2), and loaded on webpage(4). https://snipboard.io/0MlTy3.jpg

    However, unlike “xxxxx.5.jpg” which shows both the original and regenerated images in the file directory(1), only regenerated xxxxx.4 images are visible. Search with Filezilla(3), the original image cannot be seen as well. (no hidden files)

    How can I solve this issue? Thanks.

    If you’re using any caching plugins or services on your WordPress site, clear the cache to ensure that it’s not showing outdated or cached versions of images.
