Why doesn’t Woocommerce officially support Gutenberg in the product description?
It would take the product description styling to a new level instead of just using photos and text.
Do you have any ETA for that?

    Hi there,

I can’t give you an ETA for this feature to be included in WooCommerce. In the meantime, there are some third-party guides and tutorials available that can help you enable Gutenberg for WooCommerce Products.

    Here is an example:

    I hope it helps!

hi @mcampal thank you for your answer.
I already enabled gutenberg but unfortunately since it’s not officially supported there are some features missing like product tags.

I see that a workaround for categories & tags has been posted on February 1, 2021 by the user ‘Álvaro’

I cannot confirm that this will work on your site, but I wanted to point it out in case it helps.
