When cropping the image from a non admin user I get an error

Hello there. First of all thanks for ur work. I get the following error when cropping the image from a non admin user:
“Se ha producido un error recortando la imagen.”
It means something like, “It has been an error while cropping the image”

It only happpens with the button that says “Crop the image”, but it is ok with the button “Default cropping”.

Any idea why this happens?
