    Hi @paaljoachim

After updating Gutenberg Version 11.8.0 this morning, I have noticed that language on Woocommerce email has been changed to english (instead of french default language)
I have checked on an other website, same happened
I have checked on a website which had Gutenberg Version 11.7.1, language was fine on Woocommerce email; I have updated to Gutenberg Version 11.8.0, language on some strings went to english.
Please find below example of string impacted on Woocommerce after Gutenberg 11.8.0 update

Any chance you can provide a fix?

    Thanks

    Regards

    Johna

  • Hi there Johan, while from your post you have indicated that you noticed this happen as a result of updating the Gutenberg plugin, I’m not sure how there would be a causal relationship here. The fields you referenced are user-editable fields that are saved to the database and Gutenberg doesn’t have any integrations with WooCommerce that would impact that particular field.

If you continue to see issues you may want to post in the WooCommerce support forums about this.

    Hi

I kept on searching because I agree that there is no relation
I might have found a clue ; when updating plugin, language file update also, maybe when updating Gutenberg, a language file from WC has been updated and this file might have missing strings.
    I will contact Woocommerce
    Thanks for your answer

    Johan
