• Hi all,

I recently updated the Woocommerce plugin on 2 different sites, and on both of them it deleted all the Products I had in the Woocommerce store. Help! One one site, it still shows I have products, but I cannot see, edit or access them (site listed below). I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating all the plugins with no luck.

On the other site, it gave me the white screen of death and I’ve had to completely reinstall the site from square one, and my Woocommerce plugin is now missing (despite all the other plugins still showing up). Yikes! I have made back ups in Updraft Plus, but wondering if I reinstall Woocommerce if there will be any kind of record of my original products? Trying to avoid redoing the 100+ products I had on that site (www.twotankphoto.com). Thanks for your assistance on either of these issues!

  • Hi,

The issue you are experiencing is actually a bug in Divi 3.0.28. It was addressed in 3.0.29 so updating to the latest version will resolve the issue.

    Best Regards,
