• I’m importing over 1000 text stories to a wordpress site that is currently in development. I’m changing platforms from a custom coded static site, to WordPress. So this plug-in is very helpful to me in saving me many repeated tasks. So thank you for that. However, the text I am importing (html files of course) has unwanted end-of-line, carriage return, line-feed (invisible encoded characters that cause lines of text to be interrupted (cut short) and extra line spacing to be added to the text. This interferes with my intended formatting of the text. I haven’t found any way to correct this other than to go back to the original html file and remove EOL etc, then copy and paste the html into the wordpress text editor for each story, which I’m sure you can see defeats the entire purpose of using your plugin. For further clarification, the unwanted EOL etc, occurs even if I remove them from the original HTML pages and re-upload to the “Unprocessed” folder for Load HTML Files. The only way to avoid this seems to be to copy and paste the HTML directly into the wordpress text (HTML) editor. I’m hoping this is something you have dealt with and that you have found a solution. I appreciate your much needed assistance.

Hi, thankf for using this plugin.

No I haven’t dealt with this issue.

The easiest thing is if you can send me an original unconverted page file so i can see what is happening technically. Plesase send the file with a covering email to support (at) fullworksplugins.com

I suspect I would need to add a pre-process filter so you can custom remove the offending character with a code snippet.
