  • Hi @qsvirtualassist,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

If you have access to your site’s admin area, visit yoursite[dot]com/wp-admin/options.php, then use your web browser’s search menu to find sydney-update-header line. Change its value to 0 if its current value shows 1. Then save changes.

Now, reload your site’s header setup. And see whether it is properly reverted or not.

    Hope this reply helps.

    Hi @kharisblank,

I tried to do what you suggested and have now been locked out of WordPress. I have emailed them. My Front Page Header is also sticky which I wanted to sort out and revert to my previous settings. I am so stressed.

    My entire website has vanished.
