We started receiving the “Error: Access Token is not valid or has expired” so I got a new one, and the alert did not go away. Everything was still functioning, so I left it alone.

Now we have updated our instagram account name, and this wasn’t reflected in the content, so I cleared the cache using the button in the Instagram Feed settings. I am now recieving the “Unable to show Instagram photos” error.

I can see through the developer console that it is still sending the request with the old Access Token, and so is recieving an error. When I manually go to the URL through a browser, using the new Access Token from the settings, I get the correct response.

I cannot get the plugin to use the new Access Token – I have tried deactivating it, and removing it completley before re-adding it, and I have unchecked the setting to save the config.

How can I get it working again?
The plugin was great before it stopped working!

Errr, yea, don’t worry…I’m an idiot…this plugin is still great.

I had updated the token in the settings, but not in the shortcode that was initializing the feed.

Both errors are gone, along with a little bit of self respect.

    Thanks 🙂
