Tool Bar issue

I don’t know what happened to my editing toolbar this morning. I went into this post, and removed a link from a company that I didn’t want to promote anymore and inserted a new company/link. I clicked back on the pencil icon to have it “open in new tab” and “no follow” it, but the tool bar changed.

It’s now a really long toolbar that shows all the different block types I could add and edit, but it covers up the original, more simple tool bar, that reads “convert to blocks”. I’ve tried playing around with it, and to toggle off and on the new tool bar it says to type SHIFT – ALT – Z, which I’ve done, but then it REMOVES the rest of my post – it just disappears and I have to go into revisions to bring it back.

I just want the original simple tool bar back. The problem is only on half of the page, and on the post after the part I edited this morning under the heading: “Support the Local Economy by Doing These Tours Instead:“

The rest of my site is fine.
