There is no response when clicking a coupon on the woocommerce checkout page

    I’m using the astra theme and the checkout page is implemented using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode, but I now find that clicking “Got a coupon?” doesn’t work, nothing happens. Then I tried to use display: block on the coupon form in css; when it was displayed, I found that the filled-in coupon could not be submitted, and there was no response. I hope to get a reply!

    Have you setup a coupon in the first place?

    If not, I suggest you setup your coupon first.

    First, you should really post in our WooCommerce area as this pertains more to WooCommerce than WordPress. Create a new ticket here. And we’ll help you there. I will say this though, that this UI is not the standard Astra theme. So you most likely have an app conflicting or you customized it somehow, which if you did is not supported in our forum. Thanks

    Thank you for your reply. I will check again to see if it is caused by a plugin conflict.
