Terms automatically duplicated with language term

Hi folks,

Is there any feature that would result in creating custom taxonomy terms being created in other languages automatically within the free version?

We saw multiple terms with translated terms created within a span of 10 minutes ( based on Stream logs ), would like to know what could have triggered it in the free version? All terms had a -langcode suffix example term with slug abc had abc-es for translated version.
