Tablet Mode not working

Hi there. 

I have the following issue. Both on my front page and on my books section page the tablet design is not working. I have designed both pages with Elementor, and in the editor the tablet mode design works fine (2 columns for tablet), only on the front end it doesn’t. Instead it shows one long streched column.

P.S.: I haven’t yet had any opportunity to check whether it looks like that on other Tablets also. 
Also, I am using Ocean WordPress theme, but I do not know whether that has anything to do with the issue.

The books section page is https://highermindart.info/books , where on tablet is should basically show the desktop version (book cover and text side-by-side). Any help would be great.
