    We’re using Stripe for an application fee process. The charge is authorized, and the order is put on hold until the application is approved. At that point, we change the order to processing, and Stripe captures the charge. However, even with your plugin set to autocomplete “all paid orders of any product”, it’s leaving those orders as “processing”, despite the fact that the payment has been captured.

    Is there a fix for this?

  • At the moment the plugin only works when Stripe is set to request the payment in full and not when using the Authorize feature. If you’re using the Authorize feature then we wouldn’t ordinarily autocomplete the order. I’ll have a look into the issue this weekend, but again – only designed this for when the payment is captured right away.
