Using the Twenty Twenty-Three theme for a few days, no issues, even after editing the Pages template a few times. A couple of days ago, tried to make another change to the Pages template and I get a constant  “Saving failed.” error. Even if I remove all customizations to the template, it will not save. Have spent 2 hours with GoDaddy to see if is something on their end and they say no. After doing some research, this doesn’t appear to be limited to one hosting service, others are experiencing the same issue as well with different hosts. Any help would be appreciated.

Also tried another block theme with a Pages template. It would not allow me to save it either.

@houseofboyd I’d like to make sure that you’re having the same issue with other themes, too because you said you had no issue with other themes in a different thread. (the comment seems to be deleted since it’s against the forum guideline)

I can replicate the same issue when using the Twenty Twenty-Two theme. Cannot save the Pages template.

@houseofboyd Thanks for confirming that the issue is not a theme-specific issue.

I’ve seen a number of similar threads, and this one had more information about what might be causing a similar issue. I know you have already contacted GoDaddy about this, but could you try using the console to see if you see the HTTP Status Code 418 there? This comment in the thread has a link to the instruction.

    418 as in Teapot?

This is the only thing I see of a potential problem.

    I just re-installed 6.3. Issue still exists.. 🙁

Ok, I accidently found my own solution…well, it worked for me. I changed my NAMESERVERS. Once the site was reconnected and propagated, I was able to save the Pages template with no issues….

Just saved it again to make sure…it works fine now..
