  • Hi @creativeslice,

Thank you for reaching out and providing feedback, I want to apologize for this issue appearing on your site.

I’ve alerted our engineering team and they’re looking into this as we speak. Are you able to provide your website so that we can take a deeper into this problem?

We have every intention of getting this issue fixed right able, but in the meantime if you still would like to use our plugin, we’ve included the ability to “Disable All Features”. This allows you to revert the plugin back to the feature from version 1.0, which doesn’t include any ShareThis code. You can find that option in the settings.

If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to us directly at support@googleanalytics.zendesk.com, otherwise I’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

We had to remove your plugin from all our sites since this was causing a serious loading time slowdown and hurting our site ranking.

We did have the “Disable All Features” box checked, however this code was still loading.

    Hi @creativeslice,

Thanks for letting us know, we designed the product to load quickly, and asynchronously, to have a minimal impact on page load. With that being said, can you share with us some examples of where you’re seeing our code being pointed out for affecting site ranking?

I also tried to replicate not being able to remove the code from your site once the “Disable All Features” was applied but did not have a problem at all. The code was removed immediately. Can you let us know what version of WordPress and version of our plugin you’re using as well?

Thanks so much again for all the details, we’re still looking into the loading issue.
