Is there any existing functionality where i can restrict user to apply only for 5 job opening positions.

Hi,

Sorry! Currently, it is not possible to do this with the plugin.

The Restrict Duplicate Applications option is available in the pro pack of the plugin, but it can only be used for one open job application.
