Restoration – Backup / Connection Information

It’s relatively simple, I make a backup on my site on the old server, and I upload it to my server, which I have full access to. Of course the FTP password is correct since it is my server. But why the hell is this password not recognized???????
I always have this message which turns in loop and which does not let me go further whereas it is MY SERVER!!!
