Resize images/regenerate thumbnails

    Hello,

    Configured within EWWW image optimizer, is “Resize Existing Images” and “Resize Other Images”. However, when using S3 bulk optimize it does not appear to be re-generating them. Is this intended or is there a way to resize them ?

    The image sizes of our site have changed and we use mediacloud so cannot regenerate them.

    The settings for “Resizie Existing Images” and Resize Other Images” apply only to the max dimensions you’ve configured (Resize Images on the Basic tab).

    EWWW IO doesn’t do any thumb regeneration, and so neither does S3 IO. Unfortunately, our Force Regenerate Thumbnails function doesn’t have the ability to fetch images from cloud storage, and I’m not aware of any plugin that will regenerate thumbs for sites using Media Cloud.

    I don’t suppose Media Cloud has a way to download local copies of your images and/or resync them after a regen?
