Products sorting is not working

    Hi Aslam,

    I have a theme that uses a short code in the Products module to show the products. I can access the Default Sorting from the Customizer and I chose the Sorting by Custom Ordering and Name. But, your plugin is not working at the moment. What do you suggest?

    @sarana01 what sorting options the short code function provides? can you give me some more details about this shortcode?

    Good morning Aslam,

    thank you for getting back to me:) Here is the shortcode used in the Module that has my products:

    [products per_page=”9″ columns=”3″ paginate=”true”]

    @sarana01 Try changing that to this and let me know if that works.

    [products per_page="9" columns="3" paginate="true" orderby="menu_order" order="ASC"]

    I can arrange the products by Menu Order (1, 2, 3), but if I move to your tab and use the drag and drop, there’s not change. This applies to the Sorting feature that is on the Products page as well. I was hoping of being able to do this with your plugin:)
