Thank you for the plugin. I have a post grid widget in my home page with load more button. But when I click on Load More it doesn’t work and there is a error in the browser console.
<code>Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute ‘appendChild’ on ‘Node’: parameter 1 is not of type ‘Node’.

    I have regenerated files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General and wp-admin -> Essential Addons -> Tools ->Regenerate Assets.
I’ve disabled W3TC plugin and cleared browser cache.
    I have tested with php-versions: 8.2, 8.0, 7.4
    Elementor: 3.21.5
Essential Addons for Elementor: 3.9.15 to 5.9.21
    Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera
I have other load more button on my archive pages and it works.
Help me to resolve this issue, please

    Hi limest

I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

That seems like an unusual issue. If you could share the test page link where you have added the EA Post Grid, so that we could inspect the error and investigate it properly.

Also, I have forwarded your query to the dev team; hopefully they will be able to share some suggestions to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, can you please share some more details about this information, “Essential Addons for Elementor: 3.9.15 to 5.9.21”?

I understand that you are using the Essential Addons for Elementor free version 5.9.21, which is the latest one. Then, are you using the Essential Addons for Elementor pro version 3.9.15? If so, please update the pro version, as latest version of pro is 5.8.14.

    Thank You

Thank you for your reply and for trying to help. The site uses Essential Addons for Elementor free version 5.9.21. From the beginning of my work on the customer’s site, the plugin was version 3.9.15, and then I updated to the latest version – 5.9.21.

There were also problems with the server, we transferred it to another VPS, tried different versions of php (up to 8.2), and settled on 7.4 because it was an outdated theme without the possibility of updates.

We also tried to test it with the twenty three theme. But there was a fatal error on the site, so I can’t say whether the button would work with it. We had to return to the current theme.

At the moment, the owner of the site has disabled the button on my recommendation. If it is possible, I will write back after the weekend when she is ready to enter the admin panel.
There are 3-4 java script errors in the console, but they relate to outdated cherry plugins, which are also duplicated in the theme. No notification about Essential Addons for Elementor until you click on the button.
Caching is now enabled on the site, but we tested without it, as I wrote earlier

    Hi limest,

Thank you for your detailed response and for the additional information regarding the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin.

I understand the complexities you’re facing, especially with the outdated theme and server changes. To assist you better, could you please share the URL of the test page where the EA Post Grid is implemented? This will allow us to inspect the error directly and provide a more accurate solution.

Additionally, it’s good to know that you have already tried various troubleshooting steps like disabling the caching plugin, testing different PHP versions, and even using the default Twenty Twenty-Three theme. However, since the issue persists, a direct look at the page could provide more insights.

Please provide the test page URL at your earliest convenience. Meanwhile, I will continue to look into this issue and keep you updated on any progress or suggestions from our dev team.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
