    Hi b4design,
I hope you are doing well.

I am glad to inform you that the Post Grid widget issue is resolved in our latest version of the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin. Please download the Essential Addons for the Elementor plugin from here: https://d.pr/f/RW0HtO to get this issue resolved.

After updating the plugins if that doesn’t work, then please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1dIf the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thank you.

    Hi Amit,

Thank you for the info, but even after updating EA to version 5.9.20 and regenerating assets and clearing cache nothing changed and Post Grid still does not show terms after Load More. Not even in a different browser.

    Hi b4design,

We are really sorry to hear that. Actually, it should work on your end. However, it seems like an unusual issue that we need to investigate. I will let you know once I get the update from team, no worries.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Hi b4design,

Thanks for allowing us the time. We have checked with the Dev version that I provided you on my end. I found that the post terms are visible when you click on the “Load More” also. Actually, you need to enable Content > Layout Settings > enable Show Post Terms > Select Terms Style > select “Style One” > Show Terms From > select here, “category/tags“.

Please check this screencast to get the details: https://d.pr/v/FLInPw

Let us know how it goes.
    Thank you.

Hi Amit, thank you for your effort and helpfulness, the problem seems to be that I don’t have an active pro version.

    Thank you again.

    Hi b4design,

Actually, this feature is a free feature, so you don’t need to have the pro version installed. You will get this in the free plugin. Please download the plugin from here: https://d.pr/f/RW0HtO and install it on your website.

Please check this screencast where you can see that it is working without pro also: https://d.pr/v/FLInPw

    Hope to hear from you.
    Thank you.
