Populate dynamic fields

Hello,
I am using this plugin for quite a few days and it works very smoothly. For the extension of my functionality, I need to create dynamic fields.

For example, Here is your link which asks how many adults and children are going to attend in one slot, So after filling in that details, Is there any functionality to populate dynamic fields that asks for the name and any proof [Nationality number/ driving license number] of adults and children.

So, is there any functionality provided in the pro version or is there any way to extend it?
