Hello. I am a new Bold Grid Page Builder user. I am using this plugin with Colbalt theme. In chrome my fonts look fine and no console errors but in firefox all but the very basic default HTML fonts have odd rendering to the point that I cannot use them. Heebo was the one I had issues with first. Details below thanks in advance!

If I set the font to vanilla sans-serif it is okay. If I use On my console errors I get the following:
    downloadable font: download failed (font-family: "slick" style:normal weight:400 stretch:100 src index:0): status=2147746065 source: https://ceramicdisctech.dreamhosters.com/fonts/slick.eot
I am not clear why the plugin is calling this /fonts/slick.eot file. You can see more about that in the response header below which I get via the console only in Firefox.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out regarding the font display in Firefox – we are aware Heebo has display issues and our developers are working on a fix. In the meantime we recommend trying a different font, as most of them display as expected in both Chrome and Firefox.

As for the slick.eot font, that is used on your slider – the rotator dots. The console error for this should not cause front end display issues.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

Thank you @bgnicolepaschen . That is great info. I did try a number of other fonts but had similar problems. The only one that worked for me was vanilla san serif but then again I can’t say I tried them all. Good to hear that the console error are nothing to worry about and unrelated to the font issue. Cheers.
