Plugins causes PHP Notice – Trying to get property of non-object

Hi,

The BuddyPress for LearnDash plugin is causing a PHP notice in our install. I am able to apply a fix however it will be overridden during an update so would be great to get an official one.

Installation details:
Wordpress: 4.9.1
Theme: TwentySeventeen 1.4
Buddypress 2.9.2
BuddyPress for LearnDash: 1.2.3
LearnDash LMS 2.5.2

(no other plugins)
