This is my communication with Gravity Forms:

    Re: Gravity Forms ARB

Authorize.NET Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) Service selection causes Internal Server 500 error when form is submitted.

Gravity form “Subscription” Transaction type only — Form works fine with Authorize.NET as “Products and Services” transaction type.

    ERROR LOG:

[Tue May 02 22:41:42.099397 2017] [:error] [pid 21212] [client 74.118.238.117:53656] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘AuthorizeNetARB’ not found in /nas/content/live/habitatcollier/wp-content/plugins/gravityformsauthorizenet/class-gf-authorizenet.php on line 354, referer: https://www.habitatcollier.org/make-a-donation/

    GRAVITY FORMS REPLY:

I’m afraid this issue is being caused by the Authorize.Net WooCommerce Addon, their add-on is including the Authorize.net API files so our add-on can’t include its copy as that would cause a fatal error, but their add-on is only including some of the files.

    MY REPLY BACK:

Is there any way around this? Or can you identify any of the offending code that I could work around?

We don’t have a work around on our end. I would recommend reporting that issue to the author of the Authorize.Net WooCommerce Add-on. Thank you.
