Plain text fallback for HTML e-mail

    Hi there,
    do you know how I could add a plain text fallback to e-mails sent by CF7? I’m currently using the HTML e-mail option but would like to add a plain text version as well for the special kind of recipients viewing their e-mails only in plain text.
