Page not found when clicking on customize

    Whenever I try to click on customize from appearance tab, it shows page not found.

    I have tried using troubleshoot plugin but cannot resolve the issue.

    Are you using a block theme?

    If so, then I guess there’s the issue. it is disabled when using a block-based theme.

    If not, then may be it has something to do with USER role. You can’t customise unless you are the administrator or an editor.
