    Hello!

Is it possible to generate the number of activations depending on the number of products that the user bought.

For example, when purchasing software, a user set the quantity to 9 and after purchase a license for 9 activations is created.

    Hi,

thank you for your question! Just a quick question from our side: do you still want to create 9 licenses with 9 allowed activations, or should it just be one license with 9 allowed activations?

    Cheers,
    Celine

It must be only one license with 9 activations allowed

    Hi @antinopol,

thanks for reaching back to us. This is currently not possible, but I have a good answer for you. I’ve talked to our developer. He’s currently preparing the next release in approximately 7–10 days, and he already included your request as an option inside the settings. I will inform you inside this report as soon as it’s available.

I hope that this solution works for you.

    Regards

Thank you! I’m sure this feature will be very useful for everyone.
Tell me, requests to the REST API can only be sent in the paid version?

    Hi @antinopol,

that’s for sure! We’re always happy to get some input regarding the needs of our customers. It’s always our goal to satisfy our customers.

Yes, the REST API is only available within our extension. Feel free to try it out. We have a 30-days refund policy if you don’t like it, but I’m sure you will! If there are any open questions, feel free to open a new ticket to keep things separated. I will leave this ticket open until we have released your requested feature to keep track of it.

    Hello!

There is also an excellent suggestion to improve the plugin – add a license server.

We sell software licenses. A client can buy 10 licenses for one year, then after 6 months buy another 5 licenses, for example. Therefore, in total he will have 15 licenses. We need to track the presence of active licenses for the user, so we need a unique identifier for the user, that is, a license server. It turns out that the license server is bound to the user and has a unique generated identifier. Licenses are already bound to this server.
And the user enters the license server ID in our software and we can seamlessly use all active licenses. It turns out that when purchasing new licenses, the user does not need to change the identifier in his program.

There are no plugins on the market yet with such very necessary functionality, can you add this function to your product?

    Hello @antinopol,

I can not fully understand your question. What do you mean with a license server? You can already assign users to licenses and filter them. Maybe you can explain it a bit different.

    Best regards

    Hello!

Look, the client bought 1 license for 1 year, where there are 10 activations. Then, after a while, he bought another license for 1 year, with 15 activations.
It turns out that the client has access to 25 activations, that is, the client will be able to work with our program 25 users. 1 activation is equal to 1 user who runs the program on his computer.
It turns out that we need an identifier that will unite all the licenses that the client has. And this ID will need to be entered in the program to receive 1 activation.
Thus, you need a license server, which will have a unique identifier, like the license, and will not change.

If you have any questions, write, thank you!
