Not seeing reCAPTCHA on registration or login pages

    reCAPTCHA is not in webpages delivered to the browser.

    I have completely disabled all caching and optimization on my site.
    I have disabled and re-enabled the UM extension.
    debug.log does not show any errors.

    What else can I look for to find out why reCAPTCHA is not getting into these pages?

    You can look in your Registration and Login pages source HTML code
    if you have the UM reCAPTCHA CSS and JS files loaded.
