Not able to approve users

    We are suppose to approve new users for our website. But we can’t. There is an error in the plugin in the function: pre_user_query i filen class-obenland-wp-approve-user.php. Please solve this 🙂

    Hi there, since few days ago I have the same problems. The system registers the users but they are not visible.

    Have you tired deactivating other plugins to see if there’s a conflict?

    What would be steps for me to recreate that condition on a new WordPress site?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I made few tests and I have found out that the conflict depends on Jetpack plugin. Do you have any tips to fix this issue? This is the first time in years that happens.

    I’m still not quite clear what the issue actually is. Are there any error messages in error log?

    What are the steps to reproduce the issue? Activating Jetpack did not surface it to me.
